We went on a Disney cruise and we visited Tortola (BVI), St. Thomas (USVI) and our last port was Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island.

Castaway Cay is located in Bahamas and it’s the exclusive port for Disney Cruise Line. DCL has 4 ships: Magic, Wonder, Fantasy and Dream. We arrived to this gorgeous island in the Fantasy.

The area is small but has so many activities for everyone to enjoy. Even a 5k as soon as you arrive!

Once you arrive you feel the magic, and it’s because this island is gorgeous. You can walk around or take the tram that will take you to various points.

There’s a beach for the whole family. Activities as snorkeling, a little park on the water with slides, restaurants, stores, restrooms and more. You can even rent a bike to go around some areas or if you prefer, be really close to stingrays.

For teenagers (which they already spent some time doing activities on the ship) there’s an area without adults. And just like that, there’s an area for adults (18 and older).

The adult zone is a bit too far, you still can walk or take the tram. It also counts with a bar and live music and a restaurant. In every beach area you’ll find lots of chairs and umbrellas to protect you from the sun. In the adult area, the beach is not deep at all that you can actually walk for a while and water still by your knees.

All the services, restaurants, drinks (non-alcoholic), chairs and umbrellas are part of the cruise, so no extra charge.

Here’s a little 360º video of a little part of Castaway Cay. (remember you can move around the image)
