I was in Illinois State, about 2 hours away from Chicago, so why not visiting the ‘Windy City’. (Lee en español aquí)

We went for a stroll around the city, it was a Sunday so we thought that it was a bit weird to find an empty city. We tried to see as much as we could, so hoping to go back soon.

One of the 1st stop was at Millennium Park, and because it was January there was an ice rink in the area. Obviously we got to see the famous The Bean. We have to know that its official name is “Cloud Gate” but because of the shape of the sculpture, the nickname “The Bean” was born. It was built between 2004 and 2006 by artist Anish Kapoor.
