Irish Pubs in Florida – My Favorite Spots to Visit

I have no idea why I feel so connected to Ireland :). Maybe it’s the cozy vibes, the live music, or the people. And well, the country, I still need to explore more but so far, I loved it! What I do know is that if I see an Irish pub anywhere, I’ll probably walk in without hesitation. I also happen to love celebrating my pre-birthday, which is on St. Patrick’s Day. Maybe that’s part of it too. On this post, I’m just going to take you on a trip to explore some Irish Pubs in Florida.

Over time I’ve found some amazing Irish Pubs in Florida that always make me feel like I’m back in Dublin, even under the Florida sun. Fun, friendly staff, good food and obviously a delicious cold pint! Most of the time I’ll take a Harp. However, while in Destin, I discovered their own beer at that amazing pub… keep reading to find out!

Let’s start with Raglan Road at Disney Springs. This place is honestly one of my absolute favorites — it’s not just a restaurant, it’s an experience. You’ve got live Irish music and dancers every night, delicious food (the fish and chips never disappoint), and so many different areas to explore. There’s a store where you can pick up Irish goodies. A bar right by the entrance. An outdoor patio. A quick service area for a snack (and yes, they do have Fish & Chips as well). The main restaurant with the stage inside. No matter when you go, it’s always lively and full of energy — like a little piece of Ireland right in the middle of Disney Springs. I just love it!

In the Panhandle, McGuire’s Irish Pub in Destin is another favorite. It’s known for its lively atmosphere, great food, and that all-around fun Irish pub energy right by the coast. It is massive and absolutely full of character. Seriously, this place is huge! You can spend a good amount of time just walking around checking out all the decorations, dollar bills hanging from the ceiling, and the fun little corners that make it so unique. We wandered through the whole place and had such a good time.

The atmosphere is super relaxed, the staff is friendly, and the food portions are generous — everything you’d expect from a great Irish pub experience. And here, on tap, you will be able to try their own beer. It was really good! You can find from Old Fashioned Ale, Irish Red Ale, Irish Pale Ale, Porter, Irish Stout and Root Beer. We only tried 2: the Old Fashioned Ale and the Irish Red Ale

Back in Central Florida, there’s Grafton Street Pub & Crown Alley in Lake Mary. It used to be Liam’s — I personally liked the older version better. But since moving to a new location, it’s got a more chic, modern feel now. It’s still a good place to hang out, grab a pint, and listen to some music, just with a different vibe.

Also, in Central Florida, in Winter Park — just a few minutes from Downtown Orlando — you’ll find Fiddlers Green Irish Pub & Eatery. I can’t even count how many times I’ve driven past it, probably since 2006 or 2007, always saying I’d stop by someday. Well, after moving to Central Florida, I finally did — recently in 2025! It feels so authentic, with a warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, refreshing beers on tap and in bottles, and a tasty menu full of Irish classics and their own delicious creations.

Down in Key West, hidden among the lively bars is Irish Kevin’s. This is the kind of place you stumble upon and instantly feel at home. Full bar, unique cocktails, live entertainment all week long — it embraces the island’s relaxed, fun spirit.

A few other Irish pubs in Florida worth checking out are Meehan’s Irish Pub in St. Augustine, which has great seafood and riverfront views; Four Green Fields in Tampa, famous for being the only thatched-roof Irish pub in the U.S.; and The Harp & Celt in Orlando, a cozy local favorite with great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

And of course, don’t forget a good meal: Fish & Chips

There are so many more, and others that they are not longer with us :(. For example, in South Florida, in Miami Beach, I used to visit one so often, it was open for really long time, but they closed a few years ago “The Playwright Irish Pub”. There’s also The Pub, it’s really good, but it’s a chain, reason why I didn’t want to add it here. There are a few restaurants around the country, and in Florida you can find it in Pembroke Pines (South Florida) and in Orlando (International Dr.).

So if you’re ever looking to enjoy a cold pint, hear some Irish tunes, or just hang out somewhere that feels both fun and familiar, these Irish pubs in Florida are definitely worth a visit. There are so many more in Florida! But those so far are my favorites. Which one have you visited? Which one would you recommend? Let us know in the comments!
